Personal Training
With every Personal Training Package, a highly experienced
certified personal trainer will design a program to meet your
personal fitness goals and fitness level. Every session is
structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve core
strength, flexibility and balance while focusing on individual
fitness goals. Your program will be designed by completing a
comprehensive fitness assessment which will include; weight,
body fat analysis, flexibility measurement, blood pressure,
heart rate recovery test, sit up test for core strength and body
measurements.
At Suzanne’s Body Shoppe our goal is to provide the safest and
most effective methods in the fitness industry today to achieve
each client’s individual goals. Using innovative techniques,
creative programs with attention to individual goals and fitness
level, our personal trainers take exercise to a new level.
We customize your program by performing a comprehensive fitness assessment prior to the beginning of your personal training sessions. All personal training program fees are based on a 12-week program with 3 payments over the 12 week program.
One-on-One Personal Training
Your weight training time will not be shared with other clients.
Semi-Private Personal Training (You and a friend)
Share the cost of your session with a friend and keep each other motivated.
Small Group Training (3-5 people in a group)
Everyone in these groups work at their own fitness level and programs vary depending upon goals.
In-Home Training
A personal trainer coming to your home could be a tremendous benefit for anyone trying to find the time to workout. Contact us for more information about this program.
*Personal Training Fees at Suzanne's Body Shoppe or in your home or office are based on the number of days per week.
